Why this site exists
stroud.cards is built around one player and every card he appears on. The questions that bring people here are always the same — which card is the real rookie, which parallel is worth chasing, whether a graded copy is worth the premium over a raw one — and they are surprisingly hard to answer in one place. This site answers them properly and keeps the answers current, because the market moves and a number typed into an article is stale the next week.
The perspective is a working collector's, not a press office's. Sorting, grading, buying and selling real cardboard is how you learn which products people actually rip, which parallels are genuinely hard to pull, and which "hits" are not worth the postage. What the byline stands behind is checkable: every price on this site is a live marketplace number, and every set fact is sourced rather than guessed.
